High Voltage Stringing System
In relation to de-commissioning and commissioning of overhead lines, the customer wanted a system, which made reuse of the thread simpler and more efficient. The equipment used so far had been energy consuming and hydraulic, and subjected operators to noise. We developed a solution, which could take all phase leaders simultaneously, was not noisy and reduced the energy consumption remarkably because the solution was 100% electric. The thread/ string could now be lifted in one operation, quickly and efficiently and without the use of tools, via a quick release system developed for the purpose.
